My Story

Julian Pacheco, a native New Yorker raised in the neighborhood of Astoria. Julian played saxophone in the P.S 85 band for 6 years, marched with the school band of I.S 141 to the tune of "Macedonia" in New York's national Greek parade, and competed as a team member of the City Championship Gymnastics team at Long Island City high school. Julian has given his heart and soul to the borough of Queens, the place that helped him develop his sense of diversity, empathy for others, and appreciation of the many cultures that Queens has to offer.

Julian has spent over 8 years teaching for the New York's Department of Education, grades K-12. His numerous encounters with Autistic children and their parents has given him an incredible amount of patience, diligence, and sense of service for his community.

His teaching career has allowed him a deeper understanding of delegation, and urgency to execute plans for success. These are the reasons he was appointed team manager to the Victorious Advisory team. Julian is a master at tying up loose ends and motivating his team to carry out plans that will ensure their client's success.

My Philosophy

"I take pride is conserving our neighborhood culture " .
